HAMMOND M-solo Updater Release1.2

Updated Areas：
1) Added foot switch mode. You can now select the Note Hold(damper) function
with a foot switch connected to the Leslie Fast connector.

2) Added expression minimum level function. You can now select the volume
when expression is set to minimum.

  0: Pianissimo 1: Off

3) Improved filter operation for Synth Voice.

4) Improved the sound quality of Vibrato Chorus.

5) Fixed a bug in ResetAllController (#121) when using MIDI IN.

A USB cable is required for the update.
